Heaviest based on what? Heavy is such a lame term, but if you're speaking in raw power and force, none of those are heavy at all.

Try Gorguts - Obscura, Deicide - Legion, and Morbid Angel - Altars of Madness.

Reign in Blood? Come on, that's not even that heavy. Thrashy maybe. And a metalcore band having a heavy album? Bah, come on.

Agreed. Even though I am a fan of metalcore (I know, I know), they don't have the super heavy albums. Especially As I Lay Dying. Yuck.

as much as I like Slipknot... heavy... ehhh.. not really.

I really want to put Gojira's "From Mars to Sirius," because of the heavy image. I mean, it has a whale on the cover... and the moon. Pluss a song called "The Heavies Matter in the Universe." But still, it's not so incredibly heavy compared to well... more extreme and heavier acts. Atleast Gojira was heavy as hell live. 8)TheTerribleFish
