So, something around an hour or so ago I was on your favorite site—Gamespot. Of course, the Off-Topic Discussion, to be specific. But something caught my eye—it was the header logo. I don't know why it did, but it did and I looked to investigate. And so I saw a formation of black pixels? I zoomed further. It was definitely something, and I ain't going crazy. I maximized the area once more…and there it was.
A person. Him. Or rather it. Who knows? I tried talking to it through the computer screen, but to no prevail. But it could understand me, and well, somehow I understood it too. It was inside Gamespot; it was in way a virtual homeless person. It lived under the protective shades of the logo up top.
And so it told me its story. Again, I don't know how. I just looked at it and I got a sense of his past. The Gamespot Guy was a normal person, really, outside of the electronic network we know as the Internet. It went to school and had good times…
And once The Game Spot Guy even supported Nazism. Those were his bad times.
There was only one worse spectrum of destruction when it terrorized New York City while King Kong had the chicken pox.
But The Gamespot Guy wasn't evil. It even tried to help the Japanese fight off Godzilla.
For that, it was legendary. They put its head sculpted on Mount Rushmore.
The Gamespot Guy earned fame. And a cameo on The Godfather.
It could be seen everywhere. Even on Super Mario Bros. for crying out loud.
His most recent sighting could be seen during The Dark Knight. (Apparently, he was good friends with Morgan Freeman for a while)
And so that's that, The Gamespot Guy.
[ For those who don't know what to do here: To be basic enough, this is one of them "Photoshop This!" threads you can find around here, except you don't need to crop The Gamespot Guy in this case as it can be provided here. You can put him in famous images, normal images, whatever, to make it funny or epic. Even taking a general image and blurring him among an audience would be pretty awesome, so give it a shot (remember, he doesn't talk).
Also, we need a name for this guy so if you have any suggestions go ahead, I might even hold a poll of the most popular names to see what you guys would choose.
* Please contact me before using the cropped image anywhere else because I did make it myself.]
