I like some 50's rock, 60's/70's classic rock, 80's new wave/synthpop and 90's and 00's trance and techno (club music).

Since I like techno and trance the most, I'd have to say 90's or 00's easily.

some 50's rock (man some of that is really catchy) 60's rock, some 70's, late 70's-80's Punk (my fav), 80's metal/rock, 90's Alt + grunge, nothing from 2000 onward (it's a musical dead zone)

I find a lot of great music in each decade, but my favorites are the '80s and '90s. New wave, post-punk, goth rock, grunge, noise rock, trip-hop... Yeah :)

Come on, if you're going to go for the 50's and 60's at least mention a love supreme, kind of blue and **** brew.

1965 to 1975

The best periods for music IMO were the 1700s-1900, then take a little break, and start up again in the 80s:P (Not all that much that I've found in between I really care for...) Darth-Caedus
