I dunno but I use Adobe Previere Elements. Though I'm pretty sure you'd be able to find a better one.

Final Cut Pro for mac by far.

But if you need to ask, you can use Adobe Premier and probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Macromedia(Now Adobe merged, so just, Adobe) as some cool expensive stuff.

the best solution when it comes to very cheap ones would be Magix Movie Edit Pro 12. got it for $50 and it's okay. decent. far from the best, but nice on a tight budget
