did you think it was done as a joke? The first time I saw the commercial I didn't think it was a serious commercial because it looked so ridiculous, what was your first reaction when you first saw the commercial for the snuggie? If you haven't seen it which i'm sure most of you have by now here is the link to it

We got my mom one for Christmas. Well not exactly, it isn't the one from the commercial but it works on the same principal, its got snap buttons so it can function as a normal blanket too. It's really warm and she loves it.

Saw it about a week or 2 ago. First thing that came to my mind, was w...t...f....I mean, seriously, what ever happened to sweaters? Or regular robs? Or evn the ablity to just stand the 2 seconds to reach your arm out of the blanket for the phone?

Sweaters only cover your upper body and a snuggie is a robe. Also why should they do that when they shouldn't have to? After all isn't science supposed to make our lives easier? I am for anything that makes life simpler.

Sweaters only cover your upper body and a snuggie is a robe. Also why should they do that when they shouldn't have to? After all isn't science supposed to make our lives easier? I am for anything that makes life simpler.

Sweaters only cover your upperbody yes, but there is also sweatpants. And a robe doesn't really cover your lower body very well, atleast not as well as sweatpants do. You can wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants outside of the house too and not look weird. And I'm sure they will be easier to handle when your in the restroom. And yah, I know that is a robe, but what I'm saying is all they did was pretty much take a regular robe and wear it backwards. Why order a robe off the tv when you can just go to walmart and buy a robe? Then you also wont look like your in a cult. I dont see this as an attempt to make life simpler, I just see this as an idiot trying to find a get rich quick skem with a stupid invention.
