Lobster, aside from being the most awesome word in any language it's just great quality food and it's a status symbol too.

Also I've always wanted to take all my favorite foods and mix them together. I know others have tried it and been disappointed but I'm am convinced I would be different.

I really love pork in all its forms, especially slow-cooked or smoked.

and bacon is epic, as is pork sausage of any kind

For me it's meat loaf and I can eat quite a bit of it in one sitting so great is my love for the meaty dish.
