The lesson, be nice ..

The lesson here is to be nice, don't jump on people because of errors, or bad service. Just first think about it, i understand sometimes you might just not be patient, or they might just be terrible people, but give that opportunity because you just never know.

Great advice and so true. We all need to be reminded every so often.

Can't watch the video, but I agree. Always be nice.

It gets me into trouble, but I always treat people like they are my friend. I feel respect is lost, not earned, and everyone I encounter starts with a base level of respect. You don't need to prove anything other than you're a good person.

Here is another link and its today's. Apparently they are saying it was a fake, Walmart does not say its real. Wow ! Could she have made a lie about this whole thing ?

I couldn't watch the original video, people were talking about it but I didn't get the original message..

So, yeah I guess people have bad days. I would have called in if that happened to my mom though.

Make all the videos and have all the days you want. People are still going to be rude to you, it's retail.

Being nice to people should've been taught from the start. My view of it is I treat people the way I would like to be treated.

I usually try to abide by Wheaton's law. It's difficult but most of the time worth it, that said there are times when it's not a good thing to be nice. Sometimes being an asshole is the best course of action.
