I'm not spam. But what does getting mistaken for spam say about my personality?:|
They are good, but they have horrible lyrics.Jamiemydearx3
Recently i agree. The first 2 albums were godly in my books though. Francis is my favorite album ever.
I reallly wish Omar and Cedric would get Jim, and Paul back. At the Drive-In was SOOO SOO much better then The Mars Volta.
Btw did anyone ever hear of Sparta and Sleepercar? (Jim, from ATDI.)
EDIT: Yes, their first two albums. Were really amazing. Their newer ones are more jam album, then albums full of meaning.
(Im sure some people will know how I feel.)
I always thought late-ATDI was a fair trade for early-TMV.cementface9Early TMV was great, but I wouldnt trade anything for ATDI.
Can you imagine what they could make now? All of them got so much better at what they do.
I don't like them at all.....just can't get into the music.LJS9502_basicI can understand that if that is towards their newer albums. But try listening to a song like "Miranda this ghost isnt holy anymore"
btw The Cure = amazing band.

Have heard. Doesn't pull me in.Yes.
My favorite song of all time is still Cassandra Gemini off Francis. If you have 30 minutes and can listen to it all in one go its a pretty amazing masterpiece i think.
It has its ups and downs, but there are parts that blow me away everytime, and the lyrics are actually very poignant i find (but as cryptic as always... just more focused).
