It's not a ridiculous rule. An example: if someone posted explicit images and you quoted it saying that explicit images aren't allowed, your post still contains explicit images. In this case, his post didn't contain anything that extreme, but it did contain material that was deemed to be mod'able.
No. It's not ridicoulus. It would be, if he got a point loss. But mod just deleted the messaged because it cointained a moddable message. what's wrong with that? It just has to show up in his inbox. That's all. To notify him that it got deleted.
I dont have ironic ones. but i had found a certain site that claimed if you gave them like $60 a year you would get unlimited games. and i asked if it was legit. After seeing that "the man" decided i was working at the site advertising for it and they decided to moderate me. then i was suspended for asking why they modded me.
