Given that stocks are similar to gambling, I could say a few thousand dollars in a single day, but it wasn't really a loss, because I didn't sell the stocks. I expected them to recover, and they did. Frankly, though, it hasn't been unusual for my net worth to change by several thousand dollars on a daily basis in the past year. Volatile times.
ehhh thats not always the case...some products you buy that you think will work..sometimes doesnt..therefore you never really knowi'm not a big gambler, so ive only lost like 30 bucks.
i don't get the point. why spend money on chance, when you could spend it on things that you KNOW you'll get.
perphekt

Greed is a powerful lure, and the prospect of getting something for doing little to no work is a powerful lure as well. But there are different kinds of gambling. Investing, for instance, is a form of gambling because you can win or lose money on account of future incidents over which you have no control, but it's nothing like plunking change into a slot machine, unless you're just picking random stocks and throwing money at them.
I think like 200 dollars or something like that. I don't gamble often, but when i do, i go with my aunts and they give me money to play. so i play 100 dollars and keep the other 900
