Seeing this thread made me think back to the 7th or 8th grade when me and a few others would always mess with people. We'd say "hey, you know Joe?" They'd say "Joe who?" and then we would all start laughing and say "Joe Mama!!!"

Looking back it was so immature but we didn't know any better way back then.... :P
