The Official MIA Appreciation thread.

MIA is awesome, a great philanthropist, and imo beautiful.

I was really disappointed with Off Topic for insulting her in the thread over the superbowl... It astounds me people take a game so serious as to assault people over it.

My favorite song of her's is paper planes (I know her most mainstream song). Then probably Sunshowers, Born Free (love the message), and Bad Girls.

Here other musical compositions such as Bucky Done Gone, Galang, and XXXO are cool as well but I say her masterpiece remains paperplanes.

It annoys me when people make fun of her looks or say she is a one hit wonder when her videos have millions of view on youtube.

I liked Paper Planes, but that's it for me.

But I do like the fact that she flipped the bird on live tv. Kudos to her!

I like a few of her songs; but don't feel any need to defend her. Don't see why anyone would.

Always liked music of hers. I still listen to her first album a bit frequently to this day; and of course everyone knows Paper Planes.

Didn't care about what she did at the SB at all...

Also, she used to be kinda sexy. Pictures of her from the last 2-3-4 years though are a bit rough...

She is a one hit wonder and the hit was "Paper Planes". Can't stand anything else she made. She has a special kind of cuteness though, I'll give you that.

She is ugly and makes TERRIBLE music. Absolutely NOTHING to appreciate...
