Yeah, we'll probably need one of these. And since people are complaining a that "COLTS WIN" isn't neutral enough for a floated thread, well....

Anyway, uh.... Chicago Versus Indianapolis. Dan Marino with the coin toss. Prince and Beyonce Knowles performing in the halftime show. Billy Joel singing the National Anthem. Yes, I had to look all of that up (including the Roman numeral thing).

So keep it all here so that we don't get flooded with a million other threads when the big day comes.

I say GO COLTS, because I hate the Bears, and the fact that they beat my team, the Seahawks (who are the best team in the NFL)

I want the Colts to win because I don't think a team with a quarterback as horrible as Grossman is should win, even though they do have a great defense and they say that wins championships, I just can't support a team with a quarterback that plays as inconsistently as he does

Colts ppl colts!  Bears dont stand a chance!  I told u guys all month it would be the colts and the bears!  Now its happening!  I personally think that pats and colts game was better than what the superbowl will be....what a comeback!  its on my blog but ill say it here....in that second half the colts scored more points on the pats than any team scored on the pats in a single game!  Yea its amazing...peyton showing that brady isn't the only QB who can make a comeback!  GO COLTS!!!!

The Bears. I had debated this last night with another gent on this board, who is rooting for the Colts. His argument started out with saying that the Colts will win because Rex Grossman looks like a 14-year old. My argument was that Peyton Manning, while being an exceptional QB on paper, has yet to prove he can maintain composure under pressure. I think his playoff record is 5-6. Last night's game against the Pats was a step in the right direction for Manning and his squad, but I believe that the Bears have a more solid and consistent team all-around. Brady was second string when he took the Pats to the Super Bowl and won his first time out on the field, subbing for Bledsoe. I believe Grossman can and will do the same. I'm not saying that Peyton and the Colts are a team that should be completely written off. They're great and deserve to be where they are right now, and I foresee one heck of a game between the two teams, with great plays being made on both sides. In the end, however, I see the Bears on top.

I'm a Purebred Pats fan - born, raised and still living in Eastern Massachusetts - and I have to disagree with you. It wasn't so much a stupid win for the Colts as much as it was a stupid loss for the Patriots. They came out in the first half with purpose and drive, and just couldn't keep that momentum up after the half. They're defense fell completely apart, and the offense was turning over big plays to the Colts, two of which were returned for huge touchdown's. The fact of the matter is, whatever was said in the Colts locker room during halftime really turned their game around. They beat us, fair and square. I agree with you that Peyton Manning and the Colts aren't as impressive as everyone makes them out to be, but he is still a formidable QB and they are a team to be reckoned with. This Super Bowl should prove interesting, on both sides.

I'm mad the Patriots didn't win yesterday. I'm no fan of either of the teams this year, but I'm going with the Bears.

wow im rooting for the bears but how can u honestly call peyton manning overated..2X league mvp, several records including most td passes in a season, and he just led the colts to a superbowl...and hes not a sellout cuz hes been with the same team his entire career...and even if the win wasnt what u wanted, it doesnt matter cuz winning is winning

The Bears had alot of "stupid" wins this year, they almost lost quite a few games against teams that were alot worse than the Patriots were

Dude, both Pats and Bears lost to Miami, and Colts lost to the Texans, a team where it has gone no where in the past years. Its like they say, a good team finds a way to win in any situation.

The Colts aren't a team?? The Bears don't have an offense. If the Colts don't turn the ball over, they will win.

I have been rooting for the Colts during the Playoffs and there is no reason to pick against them. I pick the Colts to win the Super Bowl
