The one person you would like to meet?

After a good pub talk with my mates we come to the discussion of the one person we would love to meet. A couple named sporting heroes like Ali and Pele, a few named film stars, musicians and actotrs. The one person I would love to meet would be Terry Pratchett. I have always loved his books and after a hard day there would be nothing better for me than getting in to bed with a story from the Discworld. No series of books have ever brought a smile to my face than the Discoworld series.

So, if you could give anything to meet one person who would it be and why?

I would love to get drunk around the dinner table with Al Gore and Jimmy Carter...get all pretentious...tell jokes in Latin...the usual dinner party fare...

I already met my future husband.

I guess I'll give the same answer I did back in high school. Kurt Cobain. I would have loved to spend a day with him when he wasn't getting intoxicated. Just talk about music and life just for the hell of it. Perhaps visit some place he enjoyed or check out the woods in Washington.

FOR SOME REASON, I saw it as people you want to meet, not just one person, sorry =P
Someone whos name I cant list whom I know just I havent met her in person yet, The Dhali Lama(spelling), Jesus, Caeser, Hitler Napolean, Nostradamus, Robert Pattinson.

Edit: I know I'll meet my friend in person eventually, so I'll go with the Dhali Lama.

No, i really don´t think i´d be weird or awkward. Atleast, not for very long. :F

I´m an icebreaker like no other :P I´d just start punching you on your chest until you got sufficiently annoyed by it and punch meback, and before you know of it, awkward is gone and replaced by mutuallulz. Tried and tested method BTW.

Well, if we were indoors, i´d kick you, not punch you, but outside with shoes on, it would seem rude - don´t wanna dirty up your clothes. ^_^ It´s all very circumstantial, but summa summarum : It wouldn´t be awkward. (: It would be a lot of things, but not awkward. Atleast not for me, anyways. :P
