I haven't taken the test in a couple of years, but I could do more than thirty. I hate repetition when I'm running (treadmills, circular tracks, etc.), so it annoys me quite a bit to do the pacer.Greatgone12I get that feeling too.
And I hate going progressivly faster, I can go really fast for a set time and stay that, that's what I like
I remeber being able to do 40 when I was 230 pounds in eigth grade, now I still weigh 230 but I have way less fat on me soI would love to do it again. By the way I loved running when I was a fattie it's justI never had time for it, so the pacer was actually a fun experience for me.
My best was 92 and i KNOW that ppl didnt get over 140 or even close i Know because that would be a world record or something because when i got 92 in elementary that was the record for boys
But that was the record in ELEMENTARY school. Trust me-- when people hit puberty their athletic abilities increase exponentially. My best was 92 and i KNOW that ppl didnt get over 140 or even close i Know because that would be a world record or something because when i got 92 in elementary that was the record for boys
