Clean the place up, spray some Febreeze or some other type of air freshener.

Either burn some Insense, or eat a lot of Taco Bell with hot sauce.

Time to get cleaning. Febreeze also helps, or a lot of baking soda.

You could have some bolognaise sauce perpetually cooking away on the stove; that way you could blame the smell on fine parmesan cheese to any visitors.

Half fill a saucepan with white vinegar and leave it for a few hours, should absorb the stench.

i was literally in bed for 2 weeks, possibly with swine flu (ohz noez! don't break down mah door fox news!) and i couldn't get rid of the smell either. i would wake up, drenched in sweat, take a shower, get out and still smell. but it only stayed on me and my sheets/pillows

a fresh, healthy air cycle in his home is silly. Febreze will fix all that, and actually make it better. It is the gatorade of air.

edit: also, i keep seeing thread title as something else

Take a bath and wash your sheets and clothes. Open a window. It's likely mildew or sweaty clothing.
