The tensest film scene ever?

What do you think is the tensest film scene of all time?

Personally i think its the Russian Roulette scene of The Deer Hunter.

That's a great scene, the only one i can think of at the moment is the "funny how" scene from goodfellas

To the OP - I might say Deer Hunter, but I'd use the part where Nicky is playing with Michael after the war, and nicky ends it. i was completely speechless.

I'd probably say everything in Donnie Darko starting at the Halloween party through the end of the movie.  I was literally shaking, it was so creepy.  :?
