Been watching the last season for the past 4 hours just as a little refresher in anticipation... And it's still a great a second time around
The only episode of the last season that I REALLY didn't like was the finale. I just thought it was...blah. I'm mainly watching the show to see how it differs from the comics.mrmusicman247Same, although Andrea needs to start matching up with her comic version.
Will catch the encore at 10:30. Good show, but I didn't like the CDC parts so much. I don't remember it so well, but the farther the show moves away from "sci-fi" the better. I haven't read the graphic novel, so I don't know what lies ahead, but the thing I liked most about the pilot ep was that it was essentially a "human" drama with actual emotion. More of that, please.
Same, although Andrea needs to start matching up with her comic version. Indeed
And Shane should have died >.>

The only episode of the last season that I REALLY didn't like was the finale. I just thought it was...blah. Hell yeah! Just got through rewatching the first season again to get myself hyped up. Might go through and reread the first trade paperback again to kill time for the next hour.
Yeah, but the first season was way too short in my opinion. I am kind of iffy only how well this season will turn out.
Yeah
He definitely should have died ages ago lol. I've read though that Kirkman somewhat regrets killing off Shane so early in the comics. This tv series fleshes Shane out, which isn't really a bad thing. Plus I don't think they can pull off a little kid shooting a grown man in the neck on cable tv
Indeed

Yeah
Indeed

I suppose you're right :P However I hope they don't cut out too many good parts,

Yes.
Prison episodes need to happen. ALL in their entirety. Well except the crazy stuff that Michonne does to that one guy *shudders*
Yup. Hurry, there's two minutes left of it! :PWait, there was a Marathon? I was unaware >.>

Oh wow, I can't wait. I heard that Darabont was fired though, and I really hope that it doesn't cause any problems. :(Creshamoon
Judging by the first half of the premiere, I feel fine saying that it hasn't caused any problems at all.
That ending came right out of left field. I guess they succeeded in getting people hooked because now I want to know what the **** just happened.
I think that was the only thing that happened in the episode that actually matched the graphic novel.
Albeit very early
That ending came right out of left field. I guess they succeeded in getting people hooked because now I want to know what the **** just happened.
