There's this really racist guy in my school. and it's pissing me off!!

Ok. I'll try to make this as short as possible because I know some of you don't like reading 'the wall of text'

Today I was on a trip with my physics class and we walking in groups of 7. It was me, my boyfriend, 4 other people and the guy who is the issue in this.

 So we were going to the room with all the exhibits and we passed a room with a rainforest in it and one of my friends said "Adrian(me) Toney (bf) Can I take a picture of you two here? It'll look good" So we agreed. We're posing for the picture and the guy yells out: 

Jerk: "Hey! Black people should pose with guns! Toney, where's your gun!!"

Toney: "'Cause I'm black you assume I own a gun and be able to pose with it in a science center that has hundreds of people walking through?" 

I got #@!*ing pissed.  

Jerk: "Don't black people always buy guns?"  

We all just looked at him, stopped the picture and ditched him. I didn't know what to say cause it's not everyday you run into a racist, you know? Some people can be SO ignorant. :x 

Its honestly best to just ignore him.

 He sounds more like someone just out for attention, more than anything.

I have friends of many races and we don't mind racial jokes.  I don't mind asian jokes on my part, (one of my friends jokingly made a poll where she asked all the asians she knew what their penis size was), and black people don't mind black jokes.  This is the way it should be.

Guys like him just wanna be asses though, they make racial jokes to be annoying.

and he seemed desperate for laughs and thought that your BF and him were close enough for racial jokes. like me and some of my really close friends we joke around about each others race but nothing serious or anything ya know, and we dont do that iaround other and if someone is depressed or something. i think u should talk to him about why he said that and explain the situation, also why on a field trip to see a rain forest in physics?

No..we we're on our way to the place with this giant plasma ball, on our way we passed this rainforest they built in the science center.

...I know two wrongs don't make right, but you could always crack a joke about his race.
Not to be mean, but just to give him a taste of his own medicine.
