As for the topic, let me be the one who tries to make it a little less of a spamfest than it allready is/will become.

Your statement is incorrect. Why you think it is correct lies solely on the fact that every newsfeed we know doesn't bother so much with positive news. Then there might be your experience. But if your sources of information mostly brings negative things, you automatically search for negative things to VALIDATE that information. Then there's the fact that -your- experience most likely won't reflect well with reality.
