I agree. I get that at work a lot especially from this one guy. I'll tell him what I'd like him to do and he stands there looking at me. Then when I finish he takes a step closer and says "what?"
More of a pet peeve, but people on the Internet. The ones that when someone dies, they say "RIP". (I am talking about more of a forum atmosphere) Why not just write out "Rest In Peace"....:? I mean someone died and even though it is the Internet, you are trying to give your respects. Is it that much of a hassle to write it out? Most other abbreviations I can deal with. And I am in no way trying to be a grammar Nazi or anything to that effect. (It would be pretty hypocritical of me) It just "grinds my gears" I guess.
People. Girls. Orange girls. Idiots. People that spit. However sometimes idiots can be entertaining. Last week in citizenship me and the teacher were talking about Boris Johnson and he was saying that Boris can speak fluent Latin. A blonde girl asked "Who speaks Latin?" and the teacher said "Well the Romans did." She replied with "Where do they live?" I found that more funny than annoying :P

People who say they are for something when they have no idea what it is about. Or they just say they like something because it is cool to like whatever it is.
People who seem to think they know the minute details about complex situations (ie the economy, health issues, etc.), despite all evidence to the contrary.
WoW players who are clearly addicted to WoW. The ones that make a reference to the game whenever possible and insist that their WoW life is better than their real one.

And I think I can top that - in a Geography test in high school we had the first letters of random places in Italy on a map. So things like Rome and my friend manage to write (in all seriousness) Metropolis.

When people say they are going to do something with you, make plans, then break them. Or say things they don't mean or don't know if they mean it or not. Other than that I'm pretty easy going.
People who think they know everything about anything. (The one that gets me the most: these potheads I was talking to say "weed is legal in Denver... we know because we're potheads." ...)
People who do everything they can to be "popular" and hip. Being yourself is underrated.
