Based upon the events of the last time I went out on the town with friends, large muscles mass doesn't needlessly mean you can beat someone up and/or take a beating. That said, that poor kid.

no it's not dude i'm 15 now i'm 5'7 and i weigh 153 punds weighlifting is fine if you know how to do it right......i'm actually taller than my dad

no it's actually incredibly unhealthy to be doing serious weight training before the age of 16....it can hormonally mess you up.......

it's not about physicaly exhertion it's about the testosterone needed to build muscle....I'm very much pro-weight training but it's well documented that pre-mature weightlifting can alter body chemistry and effect natural growth......there's plenty of web resources on the matter....do some reading...

well i've been lookin around and most of them saythat with the right techniques and not overdoign it weightlifting is fine.....i haven't seen any articles or studies saying that weightlifting changes my body's chemistry........
