Poor kid.
And for the record, a kick in the face could stop the could from trying to kick my ass :x
Well, how'd someone of that age even get interested in something like that? :?SetsaHis parents probably force him to do it.
Ya, daddy takes son to the body building show, while mommy takes daughter to the beauty pageant. :PThis is basically the same as those beauty pagents people push they're kids to win.

I teach 5 year olds. Their worst tactic is running head first at waist height. :(He couldn't kick my ass. He could probably deliver a good kick to someone's balls, though.

no it's actually incredibly unhealthy to be doing serious weight training before the age of 16....it can hormonally mess you up.......[QUOTE="Setsa"]Well, how'd someone of that age even get interested in something like that? :?Shrapnel99His parents probably force him to do it.
His dad is a bodybuilder as well (I saw this on my news earlier). He made it sound like his son just wanted to imitate him.

how can it mess with my hormones.... and besides when i say weightlifting i mean weights that i can lift and not physically kill myself....i know my limits and i know when to stop.....
it's not about physicaly exhertion it's about the testosterone needed to build muscle....I'm very much pro-weight training but it's well documented that pre-mature weightlifting can alter body chemistry and effect natural growth......there's plenty of web resources on the matter....do some reading...how can it mess with my hormones.... and besides when i say weightlifting i mean weights that i can lift and not physically kill myself....i know my limits and i know when to stop.....
