That was incredibly tame. My doctor told me of a commonly used doctor's note "WRUCP". It stands for "Won't Recover Until Compensation Paid". They use it on whiplash "victims".

Nah that's just one of those urban legends. In my med group there are 16 people. 2 males and 14 females. I have a terrible handwriting the other's guy writing is fairly readable and most of the girls in group have a caligraphic hand writing.
