Well, friends are known to stretch the truth a bit. Just talk to her and get to know her better, check for any signs of her liking you.

Take her to your bed and see if she gets in, if she doesn't move on

walk down to the park when the sun goes down its romatic and dosent cost anything.

Just wait until you see her and scream " *insert girl's name here* Look out! There's a bear behind you!!" And tackle her to the ground and try to convince her you saved her life.

Joke around and be like "Awh, you like me" (In a joking manner obviously) and depending on her reaction, be like "Do you really?" if she sounds a bit serious. Thats what Ive done to all my previous girlfriends and they did x) It didnt work out but w/e :lol:

Go up, talk to her. Make conversation. Ask if she wants to come chill with you sometime. Maybe take her to a park or just walk around your/her neighborhood. Try to hold her hand. If she lets you, you are in son! If not, then well there is no chance. But if it goes well just tell her straight up that you like her and ask her out.

You could also invite her to a movie. Try to get close and "snuggle" haha. Hang out afterwards. Go get something to eat or just go hang outside and talk. Let her know how you feel. If she tells you she likes you too BAM! Ask her out!
