This guy keeps haunting me on msn

If anyone remembers the ''so i met thai'' topic you should know the story. It's an Asian guy that keeps talking to me in an asian language, I already blocked him and deleted him and he keeps haunting me!

the only english I've seen him say is sorry, O.K., and ''I am thai''.

How do I get rid of him?
