Sometimes when I'm really tired and I'm just about to fall asleep, I hear a really loud buzzing sound in my head for a second.

Does this happen to anyone else? Or is it just me? :?

me too but sometimes its like the microwave or the lights someone left on or a tv or something my ears can hear alot of noises like that.

Sometimes it corresponds with your dream right? Like I've had those but right as I fell asleep as my first dream. One example is I jsut fell asleep I was walking down a sidewalk and I tripped and fell and that 'noise' came and freaked me out. It's not really a noise, it's like your brain freaks out for a second, almost like you were electrically shocked. I don't know how to describe it, but I thought it was normal...

Might sound stupid but the sound of nothing can be heard if you focus on it in a silent environment. You will hear ringing. Unfortunately you have to hear noise again or you wont be able to take your mind off the noise.
