I'm talking about words, what words or phrases do you use repetitively?
I'm always saying "okie dokie" and "smashing" which really annoys the people around me, i also have a habit of saying thing's like "lol" outside of the internet which is just sad.

In my opinion those words will only slip out if you have a habit of saying them.

Like "I owned you" or I say "Owned" after getting kicked in the face in my Taekwondo school.

I remember when that started turning up everywhere. Just one year everyone used 'basically' when they described anything and it hasn't stopped. And to the other person up there, my friends and I use the N word ALL THE TIME. We're not racist, just use the word all the time.

I have a friend who does just that.

As for me, i've recently been saying 'that's a novel idea' a lot. I'll also sometimes say 'whichever whatever' when having useless details described to me.

"Oi! This is a family swim, not a make-a-family swim!" I used to have a whole list of phrases to embarrass couples at my pool, but for the past month I've only been saying that one.

judging by the fact that you use the word "smashing" as an adjective... and have a soccer signature, i would say your british. i just like to show off my expertise in profiling.

once ihad an argument with my parents and i was like "I DONT GIVE A s***" and then i was thinking "woops"

I also use the phrase "okey-dokey" way too much as an affirmative and I improperly use the word "literally" when speaking to my friends much too often.

x.x I accidently say the f bomb in front of my mom. xD She knows I cuss, >> but she doesn't know I say the f bomb sometimes when I'm angry. x_X It slips though.

I also say, "Sure, why not?" a lot, but I don't say it as much now.

I say the following words/phrases which make me sound like a dork: "Ditto", "Duh", "Oh dear", "oh my", "hush" and a few others. I also have a bad habit of saying "basically" which is a habit I pickes up from my Polish friends. Since I am Canadian then I may say the occasional unecessary "eh".
