I like them well enough. I only have the album Mer De Noms, Rose being my favorite song on it. raven_squad
same here, only have mer de noms...although I've heard a few songs from thirteenth step, and the other album, but my fav song would be Orestes. Overall a very good band. Although I prefer Tool. Been listening to them since AEnima. Good stuff.
I had an art teacher who was able to make a perfect circle on the chalkboard using a very refined windmill motion of his arm. Perfect circle every time.
pefect circles are quite hard to do. free handI had an art teacher who was able to make a perfect circle on the chalkboard using a very refined windmill motion of his arm. Perfect circle every time.

Edit: was not a big fan of that album of covers and remakes they did though. They pretty much butchered Lennon's Imagineone of the best hard rock bands imo

Another album would be nice. They definitely put out some unique stuff.StopThePressesheard maynards working on a new one.
You know that's a cover of a John Lennon song, right? I mean, that's like his most famous song from his solo work...Lovin imagine very good song, and deep maylands keeping the deep lyrics with his songs

Most of that album is covers, although they sound very different from the original versions.
Yeah, no. He didn't make A Perfect Circle, he sung for them.i love this band Creator of Tool Created one of the greatest bands ever, :D

Yeah Maynard isn't the founder of A Perfect Circle just the singer. But they are a great band. grunt1096Wikipedia says it was formed by him and guitarist Billy Howerdel.

Meh, you have to go a bit deeper. Howerdel is a good friend of Keenan, and when he was at his house, he showed him some demo's for "A Perfect Circle" and Keenan was like "Wow, that's super cool, I would like to sing for that kind of music." Howerdel was like "Ok, sexy, I originally wanted a girl singer, but your voice works too." Then the band was "formed." So while Keenan is an original member, the glory should go to Howerdel.

Interesting... I would like to hear how it would have been with a female vocalist, myself.[QUOTE="raven_squad"][QUOTE="grunt1096"]Yeah Maynard isn't the founder of A Perfect Circle just the singer. The Outsider and The Noose are really good songs, and I really dig their cover of When the Levee Breaks by Led Zeppelin.
Other than that stuff, they kind of bore me.
i think they're overrated like tool. When enough people say 'these people are smart' then more people want to jump on the bandwagon to feel like they are in the know. But I'm probably 'overthinking it'.Perd1t1on
