Thoughts on Tyler, The Creator and Odd Future?

I'm wondering what OT thinks of Tyler and his crew. Let it all out, I want to hear what you all think about him. Positive, negative, love, or hate, I'm just curious what the opinion is of him here on Gamespot.

Awesome beats, shock value lyrics. Pretty much all there is to say.

The beats are amazing but their lyrics make no sense, well with Tyler I feel like that.

They sound like a bunch of rebelious teenagers from what I've heard. Earl is probably the only decent one.

some of his beats are great, so good that i can overlook the childish lyrics at times. "Pigs Fly" is my favorite track from him

I really like Tyler and the whole OF crew. The fact that his rap style is unusual is something I like and the beats he crafts are pretty awesome.

Tyler's alright, I do prefer Frank Ocean though

I'm a fan of the whole OF crew. I like listening to Earl and Hodgy Beats the most though. Hodgy's recent Untitled EP is one of the best mixtapes put out by any OF member.

I have seen them in concert several times, and they put on great shows at least in my experience.

dont know his music. but i do like Loiter Squad.:P

Quite good and alot of potential. Tyler sometimes over-writes his lyrics but other times it works so well (Fish is fantastic)

pretentious? lyrics about rape, mutilation and keeping taylor swift locked in his basement are pretentious? it's shock value horrorcore garbage. i think you need to look up the word pretentious again...
