Three days after Friday is Sunday? THIS IS MADNESS!!!

The myth goes that Jesus died on the cross at around midday on Friday and rose from the dead three days later. Since when does that mean he was resurrected the following Sunday?

It says that he rose on the third day  so that actually means that he was dead for 48 hours and on the next 24 hours he rose.

It doesnt nessarily mean 3 days, how long ONE day IN THE BIBLE is still undetermined
