Alright TC I have a very good and serious answer for you considering I went for a MONTH vomiting DAILY and ended up finding out I had a hiatal hernia which I will live with for the rest of my life so I have PLENTY of experience dealing with stomach issues.
First off, don't drink caffeine. It can complicate things by causing things like constipation, which honestly, severe constipation is a possible cause of your problems. As disgusting and embarassing as it can be, if you haven't been going regularly and/or had nothing but diareha you might want to consider taking fiber suppliments or laxatives. You have no idea how bad things can get by your system getting backed up....
Definitely take vitamins especially if you aren't eating much. You need to have your nutrients.
When you go to eat make sure it is something healthy. I use to deal with nausia EVERYDAY because of my stomach problem and was on medication to try and control it. Now I take no meds and I control it simply through my diet and stopping caffeine.
Drink lots of water. If you don't want water, 7-up has always been good for helping settle my stomach. Be careful with orange juice because it is ridiculously acidic so it may upet your stomach. I am thinking vitamin water might be the best thing to drink.
Also, remember that you HAVE to eat. You may throw up but thats something you have to deal with. Your body needs energy and nutrients and sometimes alot of the pain in the stomach can actually be from hunger.
