I don't really know, I'd probably say eating low fat foods like fish and salad.

I'm not the one to talk bc I do not like work out a lot but, my drs say to take a short walk and eat Heathlier sorry if i didn't help much lol

it l;iterally doesn;t matter...what is important is that you burn more calories than you take in....eating right is the most important aspect of staying in shape.....

General weight-training (toning exercises, so reps over high weight) and some form of cardio (be it running, biking, swimming, whatever) along with a balanced diet is pretty much all you need. Protein supplements aren't a bad idea but you don't need to go overboard on that if you already eat a lot of meat and aren't doing heavy weight training, as you won't need to rebuild as much muscle. Also keep in mind many of the bar-form protein supplements are very high in calories. To get more specific than that would require a more specific question.

There are some useful books out there containing all the information and detail you could want on how to get cut.
