it l;iterally doesn;t matter...what is important is that you burn more calories than you take in....eating right is the most important aspect of staying in shape.....I'm not the one to talk bc I do not like work out a lot but, my drs say to take a short walk and eat Heathlier sorry if i didn't help much loliPadGamer1988
