Which one should I pick? I already do taekwondo and it really does increase my legs' strength and my flexibility but really does nothing for my arms. As I want to become a more rounded fighter and participate in MMA style competitions, I was wondering if Jiu Jitsu orWing Chun Chinese Kung Fu was the solution to making me a better fighter :P

Any suggestions are welcome but its only limited to BJJ and Kung Fu as thats all my gym offers! :P

well id go for bjj. kung fu has never been seen as a strong positive related to mma compared to bjj, wrestling, boxing, muay thai and sambo.

You can't use WC in tournament safe for some guidance of the arms i suppose, and stance/movement. And it is not based on the idea that Your punches won't be able to hurt like in a tournament, which makes chainpunches and using a punch as defense much less effective, and it won't train You to take many punches and kicks particularly because of this. Don't use WC for tournaments, really.

Jujitsu would be good if you are looking to go the MMA route as being able to tie people into knots with there limbs is handy for MMA. Plus in my experience most of it is arm and body work (very little leg work, mostly knees to the head and chest are in order).

I like to go for long runs sometimes. It keeps my cardiovascular system healthy and it tones my lower body nicely, but takes discipline to bother doing 2-3 times a week.

This was nice. :)

BJJ easily, coupled with wrestling take-downs and a Muy-Thai or Kickboxing standup you will manage in pretty much all areas

No no no no. For real situations i'd say WC or Krav Maga with Dimmak would be a good choice, but they teach You completely wrong mentality for in the ring. This is a bit of a simple example, but i think it shows why it just isn't compatible. In WC the first response when someone grabs Your arm is to punch the person in the face, it's not to somehow get Your arm free. Of course they teach ways of getting an arm free but that is the mentality. Someone touches arm -> Your hand in their face. In a tournament that reflex would not do anything at all because nobody will care that they get a fist in their face. You can only punch the face softly, You won't be doing any permanent damage with that fist anyway. You understand what i mean? Of course it also has ways of dealing with people who just aren't feeling Your punch, but those methods are often prohibited in tournaments.

What, Ninjutsu?

Time to lay off the Naruto marathon for a bit there, buddy. Learning how to assasinate high profile targets, surviving while going undetected in the wilderness and various information gathering techniques isn't really relevant to... Well anything really.
