What were your grades like in high school, and what did you do after (like college, community college, community college then college, ect). And if you graduated college (community or otherwise) how did you do afterwards? I'm asking because I have one year of high school left and I have about a 2.5 gpa, so I'll have to go to community college and I'm just wondering how everything will go afterwards.

My gpa was 3.0. Basically graduated with straight B's. I'm almost finished with my freshman year at college and so far so good. It is much easier, but don't expect teachers to give a damn whether you do their given assignments or not.

I never finished school but i know some people who did a certain subject and did well.

They are doing something completely different now involving cooking and folding peanuts.

Graduated high school in 2000 with a 3.5 GPA, decided to join the Air Force after high school and spent my four years in Okinawa, Japan as a computer administrator. Started college after the Air Force with the Montgomery G.I Bill and HOPE scholarship (from Georgia) So I essentially get paid to go to school right now. Im majoring in biology with a GPA of 3.82 as of now (I got some B's when I took classes while still in the military :( ) I want to go on to grad school to get a PhD or at least a Masters in molecular biology/genetics.

College is not too hard if you take your classes serious. It is amazing how many people I hear complain about bad grades or how hard something is and they they turn around and talk about how they got drunk and partied every night of the week.

My GPA ended up being a 3.6 when I graduated...right now...I work at a drug store, buy, fix up and sell cars with a friend of mine and play in bands...I get by...without the college...I might go for music at some point...but...that's a big might...

3.7 gpa from high school, go to Alabama now after 1580 on my SAT, and college is not even similar to high school. Like someone above me said, professers don't care. They tell you what to do, and follow through emotionlessly.
