No hate or anything, but I think you're thinking of The Flash. Flash Gordon was a space ship kind of guy.
First off, make sure you have a good pair of running shoes with some ankle support and good padding in the soles. Other than that, just stick with it. You aren't going to be Flash Gordon your first time out, but if you work really hard, you could see some solid results in just a few weeks. xXBuffJeffXx

I love jogging, so much fun. Bring a bottle of water, maybe a music player? Remember to keep a nice pace, don't run, just keep a rhythm going. In a very short time you should see your health improving, if anything, just a general better energy.dhyce
