actually I dont think that is correct. I will have to research it again. its either 'worse the Chernobyl' or 'could have been' and given how much information is held back and slowly coming to light I would lean toward 'could have been' to be 'very likely'
"could have been" means nothing. What it actually is is what matters. Chernobyl could have been MUCH MUCH worse if it wasn't for the tons of people who risked their lives to clean up the mess.Natural News. LOL That's a great scientific reference.

Erm, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, and CNN are reporting on this.
Radiation levels are 17% higher than the worst-case estimates

It was sarcasm.
I feel bad that the US bombed Japan with two nuclear bombs during WW2 now. Considering what Japan is going through now anyway...

[QUOTE="JohnF111"]There millions of animals living in Chernobyl so i don't see the big deal. Unless we spread some dirt or moss on our faces every morning.SEANMCAD
1.nuclear waste finding itself on the soil of a sidewalk suggests that its also in many other places not just the sidewalk dirt.
2.any food that is grown in contaminated soil will also be contaminated. So in short, if you eat food, you eat dirt.
3. Chernobyl happened 26 years ago, its still uninhabitable many birth defects came from it, many animals are also mutated although some are not people are still not moving back.
4. the animals that do live there have a much lower lifespan then they would otherwise as i understand it
Having nuclear waste on the sidewalk of one of the largest cities in the world is kind a big deal
No superheroes or supervillains?Wait a minute. So killing a few hundred thousand is okay but when a nuclear power plant that was behind on safety regulations breaks in a massive earthquake suddenly you feel bad because the two incidents are linked by a single word?I feel bad that the US bombed Japan with two nuclear bombs during WW2 now. Considering what Japan is going through now anyway...
