Here are my 3 favorite Horror Movies:

1. Let The Right One In -- Horror/Romance

2. Aliens -- Horror/Sci-Fi/Adventure/Thriller

3. Alien -- Horror/Sci-Fi/Adventure

Of those, I only have seen the "Let The Right One In", although I've read about the others and you seem to have good taste. I've been curious to see "The Orphanage" for quite some time and I will probably see it tomorrow night to commemorate the Halloween.

The Others The Sixth Sense Exorcism Of Emily Rosethemubashir

I haven't seen the other two, but "The Sixth Sense" is a great horror movie. If I had written my honorable mentions, I would have mention that and "Silence of the Lambs".

You seem to have a taste similar to mine when it comes horror movies. I also prefer those that have a good amount of suspense, well developed characters and intelligent storytelling, instead of those that have lots of gore or extremely violent scenes.

I still need to see Let The Right One In!!
