Those are my big three. The last two change pretty frequently.

1. The Magic School Bus (Best cartoon ever. Period. The fact that it was educational didn't even detract from the awesomeness of this show.)

2. The Simpsons (Almost 20 years old and still funny as hell.)

3. Looney Toons (Slapstick can be incredibly funny.)

4. Beavis and Butthead (When rock and stupidity combine, magic happens.)

5. Robot Chicken (Dolls are people, too.)
