per capita NYC is pretty safe compared to most other main cities... 20 years ago you couldn't say the same thing though
Yeah NYC has made a lot of changes thru the 90s. It has been a pretty safe place for a long time. I lol'd. Better than the 90's, yes, but crime is still very rampant... Maybe, I am bias, due to the fact that i have had three "Gangster" related incidents...
