1. Cannibal Holocaust
2. 120 Days of Sodom
3. Cannibal Ferox
4. Combat Shock
5. Fight for your life (only because it shows a very young boy being killed brutally by a man with a rock)

oddly enough, even these films haven't given me that ''wow'' factor. i doubt theres anything more disturbing though.

I thought "The Ring" was pretty disturbing. Then again I'm not a huge fan of horror movies.

I've seen most of these movies and they are pretty sick. It sucks that they aren't as huge as other movies it be sick to see them on the big screen with better quality. But anyway did any of you guys see any of the movies from 8 films to die for. Some are pretty sick and very interesting. One of my favorites is Dark Ride check em out HorrorFest

Unrest is freaking creepy, considering they used real cadavers to make that movie.

Oldboy isn't disturbing... Until you get to the plot twist. The hand was pretty cool, though. "We had to throw it away because it was rotting."

Being disturbing is not being terrible.

Schindler's List is one of the greatest films ever made, but its also one of the most disturbing, because what is more disturbing than the Holocaust...

The only terrible films in that list are Salo and August Underground, and I saw those at a friends house after he said he had the sickest films ever made...

I thought about putting that down, but I decided that for me, it was more depressing and harrowing than disturbing...

1. Schindler's List

2. I heard Orange Clockwork is pretty disturbing.

3. Hostel

4. The Exorcist

5. Saw

I'm not a huge horror fan and I've only seen Saw and Schindler's List from there. Schindler's List is not a horror film of course, but still pretty disturbing.

I would definitely agree with Schindler's List. What could be more disturbing than the true story of the senseless murder of millions of people? One of very few films that have actually brought tears to my eyes.

Batoru Rowairaru aka Battle Royal hands down. That movie was disturbing...

In it a class of ninth-grade students are send to a remote location and forced to kill each other in three days or they all die. This movie is goriest i've ever seen.

Salo - 120 Days of Sodom

I think those two stand pretty far away from the pack.

Even though I didn't find it disturbing but absolutely hilarious, I know most would find it incredibly disturbing...

Visitor Q

Also, the Guinea Pig films, Audition and Kichiku Dai Enkai and Imprint are also incredibly disturbing (not to me, but those who are "normal").
