i had a couple 2 gig one. lost one. and the other got right-protected somehow and i could add or removed any files to it. so stopped using that one.

then i have another 8 gig one that i bought recently. i dont use it too much though. usually just to transfer modded Skyrim or Fallout 3 saves.

since i have a sizable harddrive, i dont need to store my porn anywhere else.

Just one of 8 gigs. I mostly use it to carry around movies or anime episodes when using a laptop in locations without internet access.

Now that I think of it, maybe I should get another one. 8 just isn' t enough.

Just one USB flash drive at 16Gb. However, I do have a number of 2.5" and 3.5" USB2 (plus one Firewire) external hard drives ranging from 55Gb to 1Tb. 

I prefer external hard drives because they're harder to misplace.

I was just looking, I have 9. It seems really ridiculous to have so many and I'm not even sure how I originally got some of them. I only use three on a normal basis. One for my xbox, one for school, and one for everything else. They range from 128 MB to 32 GB.

Two at the moment. I've had four in total, I believe. One was unintentionally left in a computer, while the other was broken.

Only 2, but looking at getting s 32GB USB3.0 flash drive for video projects.

Err I have an external powered usb thingy that holds 1tb and swappable to 4tb or more lol.

Too many to count. And like you, I have no idea where they all came from. I didn't buy them, that's for sure. 

I just know of one that I got from work. It looks like a key. I work in a electronic repair centre and we need those usb sticks to install firmware on TV's for example.

I have two, one that I keep in my car for whatever reason I need it, and one on my keychain loaded up with programs in case a friend is having issues with their computer.

I have nine, and I don't use any of them anymore.

one. I bought it one year from the bookstore at my college because the bookstore website recommended that I use it for a certain class (I actually don't think I used it for that class, though it was helpful for a computer class I had and for some projects that I would do for a class or my sister would do for some of her classes if there was any kind of "powerpoint" presentation - I actually use OpenOffice to make presentations since I don't pay for PowerPoint).

I thought I had 2, but it seems I only have 1 now.  Not cool.  

Oh god, I have no clue. I have a bunch laying around in totally random places. A few in my office I'm sure, in my computer bag, camera bag, bedroom, etc. Probably at least 10.

So many I lost count. They're all hidden in a box of old tech stuff.
