Tron Uprising is basically the Clone Wars of the franchise.

Have any of you seen. Tron Uprising? I only came upon it when sifting through Disney Plus one day. It's fantastic. Kinda like Clone Wars in that it tells a compelling story within a franchise who's movies didn't quite nail it in that regard. High production values, good voice cast (Bruce Boxlieghner reprises Tron, and is a main character, not just a cameo). Still a show for kids, sure, but a good one.

I like both the Tron movies, (and some of the video games are alright) but while they nailed it with their world building and visual style, the plot was always paper thin. Uprising is the peak of the franchise in that regard. It only got one season, and does end on a cliffhanger. But it's a prequel to Legacy, and you can kind of fill in what happened next without much trouble.

Anyway, I recomend it.

Never even heard of it. Does D+ have both Tron movies, if so I might have to watch them and then get into the show.

I only watched the live-action movies, I had no idea this one existed. I'll check it out sometime.
