How do they animate shows like family guy, the simpsons, south park...ect? I would really like to know and i cant find out anywhere.

Uh. Well I heard South Park is done in 3D, with Maya (3D program), or some tweaked version of it.

Family guy and Simpsons should still be traditional 2D, I think; not quite certain but fairly sure they outsource the inbetweens (not sure about the keys)

They're outsourced to a Chinese or Japanese animation studio. It's pretty much a really advanced version of paint or something flash like
