Shark, the James Woods legal drama on CBS a couple of years ago, would be my choice. Great show and easily had the potential for a few more great seasons.

I admit I really liked Boy Meets World, but at least it was given a proper ending. I'd have to vote for Invader Zim because that show was fantastic and never actually ended.
