Does anyone else twitch during their sleep?

I've been told that I twitch during my sleep but of course I never notice that I do. I am not sure why I do it and I can't control it..

What kind of "twitch"? Is it like constant twitching like a seizure, or a sudden muscle contraction. Seizure is not good but the latter is called the myoclonic jerk, which is very normal. Often people report that they feel like their falling and then there's muscle contraction and they wake up.

Probably. I'm pretty sure it's natural. I also twitch when I'm awake. That's a different problem though.

i dont know if i twitch in my sleep ill have to chack next time lol :P however i do get these weird moments just as im fgalling asleep ill be laying there with my eyes shut and all of a sudden ill see somthing coming towards me really suddenly like a flash and ill snap back and wake up... its hard to explain its like w3rd!
