UFC 70 review

 For all of you mma fans, UFC 70 just concluded minutes ago, and I was in the USA, and got it for free. I have to say though, it was one of the worst UFC ppv's Ive ever seen. from the lackluster Kongo/Silva fight, to Elvis Sinosic's most disgusting display of laying down to a fighter ever, to Andrei Arlovski's horribly boring fight, and Cro Cop getting knocked out extremely viciously, it was just a bad ppv. They didnt air the preliminary fights, which are in some cases, the best fights on the card, but man what a dissapointment. Cro Cop didnt do anything, he landed one low kick, got taken down, got elbowed, got up and got kicked in the head and knocked out, and he landed at a weird angle where his right ankle was under his left leg, and twisted almost all the way around, and he was walking afterwards. Gabriel Gonzaga vs Randy Couture for the HW title, what a crappy fight that'll be. The main event should've been Arlovski vs. Cro Cop for the number 1 contender spot. Gonzaga is decent and was in one of the worst fights of all time in UFC 56, he shouldnt be put in the HW hunt yet, even though he scored the upset of the year. I just think UFC 70 boiled down to crappy matchmaking, and crappy fights period, almost a total disaster despite a few extremely rare bright spots.
