Doesn't look too interesting. Being that it's in Iraq and there is a war going on it could be anything. Most ufo footage that's credible has sporadic movements. But yea, those are ufos since they're unidentified, but I don't think they're flying saucers or anything...

There's a reason the military calls it a UFO. UFO = Unidentified Flying Object. UFO =/= Alien spacecraft.

They are exactly what they are, lights. Just look at bottom, they are projected from bottom. The clouds make them appear in this weird way.
