Young teenagers in the UK are more likely to get drunk than anywhere else in the industrial world, shows an international survey.

Girls in particular have pushed up this level of drunkenness in the UK, says a report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Among 15-year-olds, girls are more likely to have been drunk than boys.

How can Turkey have the most kids who like school and the most bullying? :|

For some reason it doesnt describe me, last year for rugby when english teams came to holland to play us for friendlies they all got drunk, being sixteen its legal here but not in england and I know it wasnt they're first time drinking, so im not so shocked :P

My thoughts on thsi:

- Worst drunkeness - No surprise there really
- Highest rate of bullying - I would have expected Korea or Japan
- Best Local Environment - WTH does that even mean? And how does one determine which is the best "local environment"?
- Least exercise - What the...the US didn't take this dubious honor? OH **** YEAH!
- Highest suicide rate - This is surprising for two reasons. 1) It's not Japan. 2) It's New Zealand. New Zealand. Is the immense boredom that comes with living there the reason for that high rate? Because I can't think of anything else in that country that would make a person want to die.
- Enjoy school most - Apparently the Turks also have the highest rate of juvinile masochists
- Most seperated parents - So much for the US's tradition and sanctity of marriage, to say nothing of family values. $10 says Glenn Beck or O'reilly blame this on Iowa, Massachussetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and New York.

Yeah for my country of origin. Also the number one beer drinking nation too.

Honestly though my time in school in the CZ didn't make me think that the kids were any less enthused than those in North America.

Come on Australia, we're aren't the drunkest nation? For shame.

I'm not surprised with british teenage girls being the worst drunks almost every girl in my year at school goes out every weekend yet the boys go out once a month or every other month but then again valleys girls do have a reputation to keep
