i dont think anyone can get in trouble for drinking it or having it unless you were driving or drunk in public, other wise if cops came to your house and you and friends were drinking it, the houses owner would get in touble not the kids.

they can go to jail or juve can, but not likely. the person distributing the alcohol gets the full works.
In canada it is either 18 or 19 for drinking age. If cops find underage drinkers they will dump the alcohol and depending on the circumstances leave the kids alone or drive the kids to there house and talk with tthere parents. There are no real penalties up here.
you will only get busted or in trouble if you are in public and are drunk and disorderaly...all the cops can do is pour it away. if its on private property and your not making any trouble they cant rearlly do much....but thats just where i live...and its legal to drink when your 18 here.
it's not as much as yo uthink, the police usually won't catch you unless you're stupid and go to giant parties. a lot of my friends (well, i don't know if i really consider them friends anymore) started drinking in 8th grade. i tried it, wasn't my cup of tea. drinking is just kind of stupid to me, it kills a lot of brain cells and i'd rather do something like play video games or go camping and be completely coherent to take it all in.
it also depends on your situation. if you're in high school or junior high, the cops are likely to take you home and tell your parents, or you'll get an MIP. if you're in college and under 21, you'll probably get a slap on the wrist, like an open container ticket.
i dont know what everyone is talking about.. you get in trouble obviously, but you dont go to juve! you probably get community service. if youre driving its bad though.
Wait.... a biological punishment you mean? Well... they could undergo the same damage adults get when they drink to much, only much quicker, more server and with less alcohol required. But if your past puberty, most likley your body will behave the same as an adults.
