So I'm trying to fully uninstall a program that I downloaded. The problem is that when I uninstall it, and then re-install it, all of the folders that I manually created come back as if I never uninstalled it. How do I uninstall it so that when I re-install it, anything that I added to it manually does not come back?

As you created folders in the main folders manually, they still exist in that main folder. After uninstalling the program, manually delete that folder and it's contents first, then reinstall.

  1. Go to your personal folder.

  2. Click Organize.

  3. Click Folder and search options.

  4. Click the View tab.

  5. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Go to AppData.

  8. Click on Local.

  9. Find the insolent programme folder.

  10. Delete it.

  11. Repeat steps nine to ten for the LocalLow and Roaming folders.

Because uninstallers don't remove files you made yourself. Just files that were created when the program was installed.

If you want to remove them, simply delete them manually after you uninstall.
